Alamo cleaning Policies
Please remember this applies to ALL existing & new clients.
We understand life gets busy & things come up. Please let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $10 fee will be charged for same day cancellations or if our ladies are turned away when arriving to your home. Our team works hard & last-minute cancellations results in our ladies losing money.
Please do not schedule other appointments close to your cleaning service. Our team work best when they’re not rushed. If you prefer to be home during your service, please set sufficient time aside in your day to allow our ladies to clean your home. We understand you may have a busy schedule so leaving us a key or a code to get into your home is always an option!
Please be aware that we give all of our cleaners a 1 hour window of arrival to your home. We do this for unexpected delays, distance between homes or so our cleaners can grab a quick bite to eat. Our standard appointment times are 9am-10am, 1230pm-130pm, or 330pm-430pm arrivals, Monday-Friday.
Our cleaners do not fold or organize clothes in our basic cleaning package. Please provide us with a bin or basket if there is large amounts of laundry left on the floor of bedrooms. Our cleaners will kindly set clothes aside so they can properly clean the entire room. If you’re interested in our organizing or laundry services, please contact us for a quote.
Please remember that baseboards, windowsills, blinds & ceiling fans are not included in every cleaning. One of these items will be rotated when on a weekly, biweekly or every 3 week schedule. Deep Cleaning, Move out & Move In, Make Ready Policies
We charge an additional $50+ fee if the home is in extreme condition. This includes bugs, animal feces, mold, picking up trash, excessive dirt, grime, hard water and calcium buildup. In the event this applies to your home, we will notify you before we begin the service.
We do NOT remove large items or furniture from the home. If you’re interested in junk removal services, please contact us for a separate quote.
Inside and outside of windows are NOT included in our deep cleaning package. Please contact us for a separate quote if you’re interested in professional window cleaning.
Refrigerator cleaning is ONLY included in our move out, move in and make ready package. Fridge must be completely empty at time of service.
If currently residing in the home, please note that we do NOT clean or dust knick-knacks or collectibles. We also do NOT organize, de-clutter, or fold laundry in our deep cleaning package. Please reach out to us directly for an organizing and laundry quote.
We guarantee our deep cleanings, move outs, move ins, and make ready for 48 hours. In the event our cleaners miss something, please let us know and we will happily send our crew back to correct!
